Hello and welcome to Elevated Self, which was established to support anyone who is dissatisfied with their life and isready to transform it.
My name is Patricia Leslie, founder of Elevated Self and I am the very first overseas spiritual life coach to graduate from Innervisions Institute for Spiritual Development in Maryland, in the USA. It was here where I was privileged to receive the teachings of Ms. Iyanla Vanzant first hand. That privilege more than compensated for all the travel I had to undertake over the 3 year course. I believe I clocked up somewhere in the region of 32,000 air miles travelling one weekend a month from London to the US.
So what induced me to make such a commitment for 3 years? Well I finally woke up to the reality of my existence, even though I’d been hiding my true feelings beneath the everyday, mundane, just have to get on with it, realities of life. Then one day at a workshop the truth slapped me in the face. I could no longer contain my emotions. I totally broke down. I was dissatisfied with my life. I was stuck in an unhappy relationship for “the sake of my children” and I believed I had no choice, but to tread water until my youngest was 18.
The truth is we always have a choice, I chose not to choose because of fear. Fear put my life on hold, furiously treading water getting nowhere – still hurting, still sad, still lonely. I had to learn to take responsibility for how my life looked and to acknowledge that I could choose to give it a different look.
After that workshop I realized that my Spirit, my Soul, the essence of who I truly am was dying. I had literally given up on my life and my desires. I had to change. That’s what took me to Innervisions, where I received all the support I needed to transform my life. After my first year, I even manifested the money to fly back and forth to the States for another two years. And you can get the full story about that our website under “My Story”.
I now know that if I could transform my life, when I’d been “stuck” for over 10 years, then anyone can, and I am here to support anyone that wishes to do so.
